The Skye Museum of Island Life is not far and takes you back in time to an old Highland village, offering visitors a unique perspective and insight into island life one hundred years ago. Staffin is a village on the Isle of Skye in the Scottish Highlands, around 24-miles north of Portree. It is overlooked by the Trotternish Ridge and has the Kilmartin River running north through it.
