A modern family bathroom is also located on the ground floor which features a lovely teardrop shaped freestanding bath. Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms which both offer harbour and sea views; one king-size double with an en-suite shower room and one family room with a king-size double and a single, which also includes a telescope so you can view the distant boats on the horizon. Outside, there is a parking area to the side and a lawned garden to the front and rear where you can enjoy dining alfresco on warmer days whilst enjoying the fresh sea air. Hopeman is a scenic fishing village and includes a number of small shops, a popular tea room and a pub, but the majority of visitors come to enjoy the two sandy beaches and the pretty harbour. Nearby Burghead also benefits from an excellent beach and a good selection of local amenities and is a haven for wildlife lovers with Burghead Bay being the ideal place to spend a day dolphin and whale spotting. Although this area has miles of sandy beaches and loads of wildlife you may wish to venture inland and pick up the famous Malt Whisky Trail with over 50 distilleries within easy reach. The popular coastal villages of Lossiemouth and Findhorn can be easily reached and are well worth a visit making a lovely day out. Elgin, Scotland’s smallest city is just a fifteen minute drive away and is home to many visitor attractions including its famous 13th century cathedral. Hopeman is a scenic coastal village situated on the shores of the Moray Firth in the North East of Scotland. This small village attracts many visitors due to the fact it boasts two sandy beaches, East Beach and West Beach, as well as a pretty little harbour used mainly now for leisure crafts. The East Beach boasts a line of beach huts, all individually decorated, along with a small pavilion. The main street has a number of small shops and a popular tea room.
