There is a dual sided fireplace with a wood burner warming both this space and the snug lounge. In the quiet reading room there is an additional hobbit stove . Sit on a bar stool at the kitchen island with your favourite drink and chat with the family cook before dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your meals and the large dining table is perfect for sitting down together. There is even a piano for an after dinner sing along. Head through to the snug lounge to relax on comfortable seating and watch TV or enjoy a quiet read. At the far end of the hallway, a step down leads into the ground floor bedroom with a super king size bed and plenty of storage space. The en suite has a shower and WC. The family bathroom has a walk in shower and WC. Heading upstairs, you will find an additional WC and two further bedrooms each with a vaulted ceiling and plenty of storage for your things. The super king double bedroom & king bedroom both have dual aspect windows and the third bedroom has a twin that has views down the village and over the priory due to the properties raised position. Outside to the rear, there is a patio area with garden furniture and six stone steps to the lawn with further seating. A side gate leads to the front of the house where there is a bench seat, perfect for putting on walking boots.
