I was contacted by the host in the days leading up to our arrival sending us information on the house and local area which was really useful. On the day of our arrival the hosts had put some lights on in the house, as we were arriving late in the evening, and had also put the heating on which gave the property a warm cozy feel. There was a lovely welcome basket provided with some local treats included. The property is perfectly situated close to numerous beautiful beaches and is only a short drive to Stornoway. The property has everything you need, is beautifully decorated and well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning.

The house is in Lionel not the Port of Ness which we had thought. The bedroom downstairs was very comfortable and en suite shower was very good. The welcome pack was lovely and the best we have ever had. We did find the property a little cold, the fire in the lounge didnât heat the room but we did stay during a particularly chilly spell. Helpful owner and very good information pack.

Large bedrooms and spacious kitchen. The living room was comfortable and contained all required amenities whilst being a little bit dated and feeling a little cramped for 4 people. However, this would be an extremely minor point as we had no issues. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend.
