Gwenallt is a quaint and cosy cottage appreciated for its comfortable furnishings, welcoming touches, and good location for exploring Anglesey. Guests enjoy the garden, the local scenery, and the property's character. While some guests mention issues with cleanliness and maintenance, others find it to be a lovely haven for relaxation.
Several reviews mention cleanliness issues, including dust, cobwebs, and dirty kitchenware, suggesting room for improvement. However, some guests found the property satisfactory.
The cottage is praised for its good location, with easy access to local attractions and beaches. The peaceful setting is frequently mentioned, although some guests note concerns with parking and traffic.
Many guests find the beds very comfortable and the cottage cosy, especially with the log burner. However, some mention the property can be cold and suggest the sofas could be more comfortable.
The cottage is equipped with basic amenities and guests appreciate the garden and wood burner. Criticisms include the lack of a freezer and Wi-Fi, and some maintenance issues like the need for better heating and attention to the wood burner.
Guests often mention a welcome with cakes, milk, and sometimes a lit fire, which are seen as thoughtful gestures. It should be noted that such gifts, while appreciated, are not guaranteed for every stay.

Go on over to trip advisor reviews where I shared in pictures just some of the things we had to endure. 1 hour after checking in we were looking for other properties to go to, but there was none. There was no point contacting the owners as other than a complete refurbishment there was nothing they could do. Don't let this property ruin your holiday like it did ours.

Obvious signs of damp and mould everywhere. A musty smell pervaded the house. On the plus side the cottage is quite quaint and well situated for a holiday on Anglesey.
