Second time at Valley Pines and would recommend to anyone, cleanliness was good but the main carpet was looking tired, it needs ant powder on the patio as they were out in force (especially on flying ant day) but it is a lovely bungalow and will be back I only dealt with Sykes via online but it was quick and easy

The owner has finished the property to a very high standard and the Beds are extremely comfortable ( not always the case)! A fabulous Welcome Pack which included our special request for a certain type of bread ( much appreciated). With so many extras incl tea, coffee, sugar cleaning products and a well stock Laundry room in garage with a Tumble Dryer. The owner and his family were SO welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They are the 5 star addition to this property and we will be returning to this Little Gem.

Itâs an amazing place to stay with kids or even if youâre just a couple looking for a break. They leave added little extras you might forget too like towels, laundry detergent in the utility room, milk bread cake and donât forget toilet roll bonus when your tired from travelling with kiddies and just want unpack order a takeaway then jump in that fab hot tub that first night. The only thing I could possibly say could be improved is the Gardner pulling the weeds between the slabs and the step by the side door is a little wobbly my daughter has problems with stability so we did have a couple of falls but we didnât let that take away from what a fantastic holiday we all had. Definitely want to visit again
