About this property
A lovingly refurbished first-floor flat with sweeping views over Cemaes Bay Harbour on the Isle of Anglesey. Located in a small complex just on the outskirts of the pretty village, this charming property is an ideal spot for a family beach holiday. Enter Harbour View from a shared staircase and step into a small hall area. On the left is the well-appointed kitchen with a wall-hatch looking through to the airy, open-plan living area. This space comprises of a large dining table and chairs, as well as a cosy corner sofa and arm chair. Beyond are a set of double doors that open inwards and offer a spectacular view over the picturesque harbour. The beautifully decorated main bedroom is on the left, offering similar double doors with the same stunning view, as well as a comfortable double bed and private en-suite. Back through the living area you will find the doors to the cosy twin room and second double bedroom, both of which decorated to a lovely standard. In between the two rooms is the family bathroom featuring a bath with over-head shower facilities. Cemaes Bay offers a picture-perfect seaside destination with a number of pubs, some small shops and a glorious Blue-flag beach, an ideal location for a family holiday. The isle of Anglesey itself offers a number of family-friendly attractions and activities that will leave you spoilt for choice on your holiday.
Llanfechell is a small village situated one and a half miles from Cemaes Bay, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The ancient Parys mountain copper mines are seven miles away, with their lunar-like landscape and the area is popular thanks to the rock formations at Mechell Mountain and the several ancient monuments scattered around, reputed to be some of the oldest in the world. Llanfechell is home to a village pub, which serves traditional ale with a warm welcome. Nearby, the seaside village of Cemaes Bay has three pubs, a few shops, a harbour and a sandy Blue Flag beach, edged by grassy cliffs and ideal for safe bathing and family fun. The whole of the Isle of Anglesey is renowned for its miles of stunning and varied coastline, offering walking and cycling opportunities, along with birdwatching, excellent watersports, fishing and many quality golf courses.

Off road parking excellent. Lots of walks around the area. Good bus facilities if you donât want to drive. Property clean and welcoming. Lovely touch to leave milk and Bara Brith.

Biscuits, milk etc laid out on arrival. Key collection easy to follow. Fantastic view over the harbour and beach beyond. Some good walks around and about and lots of amenities in the village. Tried looking for paddle board and kayak hire but couldnât find anything though. Most activities/landmarks are a drive away. Frequent bus though. Asda delivery and Indian food delivery from Benllech tandoori found us easily.

Good parking availability. The village shop/post office is handy and well stocked for essentials. Village has great access to the road system making travel to attractions and scenic drives easy to follow. Found a hoodie in the drawer in the twin room - obviously the storage had not been checked between guests renting the apartment. Could do with some better pillows but this is just our opinion. Communal entrance clean. The view is amazing and the opportunity to open the doors is great. Well equipped, comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well equipped.
