Guests say

Tregynrig Bach is a well-received cottage in Cemaes Bay, Anglesey, praised for its stunning location, comfortable beds, and dog-friendly amenities. Guests have enjoyed the peaceful setting, the hot tub, and the thoughtful welcome touches. While some minor maintenance issues were noted, the overall experience is one of a cosy and inviting holiday retreat.

The cottage is consistently described as clean, with spotless bedding and an immaculate condition upon arrival. One mention of scum in the hot tub suggests a slight deduction.

The location is highly praised for its beauty and proximity to local attractions. However, some concerns about the proximity to the main road and difficulty finding local walks slightly affect the score.

Guests find the beds comfortable and the house cosy, with a warm and snuggly atmosphere. The mention of a cramped lounge for larger groups and steep stairs for the infirm slightly impacts the score.

Facilities like the hot tub and kitchen are appreciated, but issues with hot tub maintenance, lack of a downstairs toilet, and some outdoor tidiness concerns are noted.

The welcome touches, including a basket and wine, are well-received, adding to the guest experience. However, as these gifts are not guaranteed for every stay, the score reflects this.

The welcome pack was greatly appreciated and there was all the comforts we needed and required. The only slight down side which is so minor in the scheme of things was the lack of coat hooks. These in the utility area would be great especially for coats if it’s been raining. Also the lack of glasses- wine and small liquor glasses. Sorry to be picky- we really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

.beds were a bit firm for us …but that is personal choice …great for large family ..only thing it needs attention to detail.. decorating was slap dash .

The jam and wine welcome pack was a lovely touch. Well equipped kitchen, which we appreciated as we enjoy cooking when away. Beds very comfortable. The hot tub was fab!!. Only negative we found was the outside, it could have done with some tidying, cleaning and maintenance. The hot tub area was drab, lawn and bushes needed cutting and the pathways were cracked and uneven. The waste water pipe from the kitchen, leaked over the path in places. This did not spoil our stay though, just thought the owner needed to be aware.
