Ty Arwen is a well-received cottage in Anglesey, praised for its stunning location, spaciousness, and beautiful views. Guests appreciate the proximity to beaches and coastal paths, as well as the well-equipped kitchen and secured gardens. While some maintenance issues are noted, the overall experience is positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.
The cleanliness of Ty Arwen has received mixed feedback. While some guests found the property to be clean and well-maintained, others reported issues with dusty skirting boards, dirty windows, and stained furniture. The inconsistency in cleanliness has led to a slightly above average score.
The location of Ty Arwen is highly praised for its tranquillity, easy access to beaches, and stunning walks. The proximity to local amenities and the peaceful environment contribute to a high score in this category.
Guests generally find Ty Arwen comfortable, with spacious bedrooms and adequate packing space. However, some guests mentioned issues with hard beds and a lack of secure garden for pets. The overall comfort level is rated positively, but with room for improvement.
The facilities at Ty Arwen, including a well-equipped kitchen and entertainment areas, are appreciated. However, there are several mentions of maintenance issues such as mould, broken shower heads, and an unfinished summerhouse. These factors have slightly lowered the score.
While some guests mentioned receiving treats, there is not enough consistent information about the thoughtfulness of gifts to provide a score. It should be noted that while treats may be provided, they are not guaranteed for every stay.

Now there are 4 large bottles and one emergency 19kg bottle but they were all empty. Surely someone should check those at every change in tenant. As it was, the support guy had them changed that day so 5* to him. Just shame that there was no hot water for most that day. The solid fuel system would not light to heat the water either. However I would say that we thought the place was very nice and modern accommodation with adequate room for 8 bodies provided the âsnug was configured as a double. There was an issue with the doors from that room to the outside - the mechanism was broken but parts were on order - but it did mean that there was no opening window in that room! There was a new garden cabin with a jacuzzi that was not accessible during our visit unfortunately but was being commissioned as we were leaving. The area is lovely with fabulous beaches and walks galore. In conclusion, despite a few issues (en suite shower door needing replacement, bulb blown, one mouldy deckchair) mentioned above we would go back there. Anglesey is a beautiful part of the world and nothing is very far away - restaurants, pubs, beaches, places of interest. 10/10

Brilliant clear instructions to find the property and what a property it's one of the best I have ever stayed in. The location is amazing with sea and country views and a lovely walk down to the beach. We were blessed with good weather and enjoyed breakfast in the garden and evenings sat outside until the gnats got too bossy. The games room and hot tub are coming soon and will only extend special times outside. The photos don't do justice to the property as decorations and the kitchen have changed. So well equipped could have cooked full meals all the time but hey I was in holiday. Seating is comfy and maximises the views. Bedrooms were comfortable and as I was lucky enough to have the ensuite master with balcony afforded beautiful views. The property is dog friendly and has great space to clean dirty paws after time on the beach. It's not just the facilities good as they are it's the feel of the place so peaceful and relaxing you can't put a price on that. My only complaint it's booked up for ages but would definitely recommend and will go again.

The games room in the garden is fantastic! Tried to book again immediately but itâs fully booked for months and I can see why! Canât wait to return!
