Guests say

Guests generally enjoyed their stay at Jacuma, praising its well-equipped nature, comfortable setting, and ideal location close to the beach and amenities. The enclosed garden was appreciated by families and pet owners. Some guests mentioned thoughtful touches, such as coffee pods. However, there were minor concerns about Wi-Fi reliability and maintenance issues.

The property received mixed feedback on cleanliness. Some guests reported dog hair and a musty smell, while others found it clean and comfortable. The presence of dog hair and a musty smell suggests room for improvement.

The location was highly praised for its proximity to the beach, amenities, and the Anglesey Race Circuit. It was considered ideal for families and events, contributing to a positive experience.

Comfort was generally well-regarded, with guests finding the property spacious and the beds comfortable. The gated garden added to the comfort for families. However, some guests experienced issues with hot water and a non-slip mat was suggested for the bath.

Facilities were adequate but several guests experienced issues with Wi-Fi and hot water. The property was considered well-equipped, but maintenance concerns such as a faulty bedside light and dampness were noted.

Guests appreciated the little extras, like coffee pods, which added a thoughtful touch to their stay. However, as these extras are not guaranteed for every guest, they are considered a bonus rather than a standard provision.

The only thing that may upset some was that the wifi went out at least a couple of times a day. Lovely position, lovely garden and super house, thanks.

Very comfortable, quiet, close to the beach and all amenities. The Wi-Fi was poor and we lost it half way through the week. Some damp in the shower room. Other than those issues a very comfortable stay and would recommend.
