Clean on arrival and overall the facilities are pretty good. Beds are comfy and plenty of storage space to use. Cottage was kept nice and warm. Shower could do with being more powerful and a washing machine would be handy, but space is limited. The dog proof garden was great.

There were no instructions for the heating or cooker. The toilet seat was cracked as was the bracket holding it on. We also struggled to use the clothes airer. I believe this is a fairly new holiday let and am sure they will sort it all given time.
