Contemporary, utterly stylish and set against a backdrop of truly stupendous views, Seagulls is a very special gem of a property and was recently featured on Channel 4's 'Homes by the Sea'.

Enjoying an enviable elevated position, this reverse level luxury holiday house will not disappoint! Built into the rocks on the water's edge, the living accommodation is upstairs and bedrooms downstairs it is perfect for holidays with family and friends and total escapism!

Seagulls is set on the bank of the Menai Strait and boasts mesmerising views across the Strait to the mountains of Snowdonia, all bathed in the shimmering light from the waters below.

This waterside property has 2 sun-soaked decked terraces providing some of the finest views in North Wales. The floor to ceiling glass windows fill the open plan living area with natural light and give way to the beautiful views. The relaxed seating area is spacious enough for everyone to unwind and relax and the fully fitted contemporary kitchen with winning views encourages culinary inspiration.

There are four ground floor bedrooms, three of which are en-suite, with patio doors opening out onto the lower terrace. Beautifully furnished throughout in a modern style with large pots of olive, lemon and lime trees and walls adorned by original paintings.

Soak up the views on the terraces and look across to Snowdonia, Llandudno in the distance and Telford's elegant suspension bridge. Enjoy an alfresco breakfast, dinner or evening barbecues, or simply relax on the wooden loungers and watch the changing light on the water.

For the ultimate holiday indulgence, take the 17 steps down to relax in the hot tub below at the water's edge - a surreal experience! (N.B. Do take care, the steps down are very steep).

All on the ground floor.

Open Plan Living Area Floor to ceiling windows, freestanding log burner, ample seating, modern and stylish TV and video, oak table and Phillipe Stark chairs, large pot plants of olive, lime and lemon trees, original paintings.

Kitchen Area Luxury white units with aquamarine Corian work surfaces, central island with 5 high stools, large integral freezer, Neff steam oven and separate convector oven, large induction hob, cafetiere and microwave/oven, full length fridge, double sink unit.

Utility Room with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. All 1st floor.

Grounds Lower level terrace with decking, wooden sun loungers and benches. 1st floor terrace with decking, wooden dining table and benches, wooden sun loungers, barbecue and fire pit. Hot tub is reached via 17 steep steps down from lower level terrace - N.B Please take great care the steps can be slippy and are very steep. The property is a waterfront property however a locked gated access prevents you from reaching the waterfront. This is because the Menai Strait is a very dangerous stretch of water, please exercise great care and do not climb the gate.

N.B. In view of the quality of this home a refundable deposit of 500 is required per booking.
