A light and airy first floor apartment, beautifully modernised whilst retaining character features, located above the owner's family-run bookshop on the high street in the small town of Menai Bridge on the Isle of Anglesey in north-west Wales. Ideally located in a peaceful location yet convenient for local shops, restaurants and pubs. There are numerous stunning walks straight from the doorstep, with chances to see local wildlife, such as the abundant sea bird population, possible seal sightings and even the local red squirrel population. Menai Bridge is well-placed for exploring the whole of the Isle of Anglesey whilst also giving easy access to visit Snowdonia National Park. Numerous local attractions include Anglesey coastal path, Beaumaris Castle and Llanddwyn Island.
