Guests say

Anwylfa is a well-loved cottage praised for its comfort, well-equipped nature, and superb location in Moelfre. Guests have enjoyed the spacious garden, sea views, and the proximity to local amenities and beaches. The property provides a homely feel with thoughtful touches, although some guests mentioned minor maintenance issues and the firmness of the mattress in the master bedroom.

The majority of guests found Anwylfa to be spotlessly clean upon arrival, with only one mention of a need for a deeper clean due to pet odours. The high standard of cleanliness contributes to the welcoming atmosphere of the property.

The cottage's location is consistently praised for its proximity to local shops, pubs, beaches, and coastal paths. The quiet setting and sea views are highlighted as particularly enjoyable, making it an ideal base for exploring Anglesey.

Guests have found the property to be comfortable, with special mentions of the conservatory, garden, and the quality of the beds. However, some guests noted the master bed was too firm, which slightly impacts the overall comfort score.

Anwylfa is well-equipped and guests have appreciated the amenities provided. However, there are several mentions of minor maintenance issues such as a non-working extractor fan, leaky conservatory, and the need for garden and decking maintenance, which suggests room for improvement in this category.

The property owners have been commended for their thoughtfulness, with several guests mentioning a welcome pack upon arrival. It should be noted that while many have enjoyed this gesture, the provision of such gifts may vary and is not guaranteed for every stay.

The house is well equipped with all the little things making a big difference, for example tea bags, vinegar, even board games, and of course the lovely wecome basket. The location was perfect with lots of interesting walks nearby. Would also recommend the local chip shop. Thank you for a lovely stay!
