This family-friendly property boasts a log burning fire, barbecue, and stunning countryside and sea views – with designating parking for one car and roadside parking for another, Bryn Tirion is idyllic for a family and two polite pets on an Anglesey getaway. Stroll straight from the beach and into your new haven to toast your ocean-dipped toes by the log burning fire in the cosy sitting room. Rinse off the stubborn sand that followed you home in the bathroom, while the washing machine cleans tomorrow’s swimming costumes. Whip up a delicious dinner in the kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer, then dig in at a rustic dining table for six. When the sun is too good to resist, why not sizzle up some supper on the barbecue and dine alfresco in the enclosed south facing rear garden? Just a stroll down the hill soak up your local surroundings at Porth Moelfre where you will find the beautiful harbour and beach. Moelfre has some lovely places to eat. Get a drink or bite to eat Tŷ Dderw Country Inn – just a stone’s throw from your property! Anne's Pantry just a short walk away is a favourite among locals and visitors alike, enjoy homemade cakes and freshly brewed coffee while soaking in the friendly atmosphere. Enjoy a delicious ice cream at Hufen lâ Ynys Môn whilst taking in the sea views. Craving fish and chips by the sea head over to Coastal Cafe and Fish Bar where they serve up golden fish and other seaside classics, perfect for a casual bite or takeaway after exploring the coast. A visit to Moelfre Lifeboat Station is a must, situated along the Anglesey Coastal Path, the lifeboat station is steeped in maritime history and offers a fascinating insight into the heroic efforts of the RNLI crews who have been saving lives at sea for over 150 years. Venture to Benllech for a day out at Traeth Benllech & or a short drive to Traeth Lligwy, both dog friendly beaches. Further afield you can visit the beautiful beaches of Llanwddyn, Aberffaw, Treaddur, Rhosneigr, Rhoscolyn & a visit to Pen Mon Point is a must to see the lighthouse & take in the views across the Great Orme, Puffin Island & the mainland.For any bird watchers a visit to South Stack is a must.The beautiful town of Beaumaris is a short drive away with a lovely pier, shops & cafes. The pier is great for crabbing with the children! Menai Bridge which overlooks the Menai Straits has scenic walks, shops, cafes & the famous Dylans a lovely place to eat for all the family. You can also go on rib rides along the Menai Straights, look out for the dolphins & porpoises! We are also a good base for exploring Eryri National Park ( Snowdonia ) Take that short drive to Bangor to treat the history buff to the 1971 Eisteddfod Gorsedd Stones.Peaceful and scenic adventures wait to be savoured from a stay at Bryn Tirion.
Situated on the beautiful east coast of Anglesey, Moelfre is a delightful seaside village, boasting little cottages, a picturesque port, a beach, fine views of Snowdonia, a working lifeboat, and two quality pubs/restaurants. Visit the hugely popular local Seawatch Centre, enjoy fishing or watching sea birds, seals and even dolphins, or discover wonderful cliff-top walks with stunning mountain views. The village has many historic links, the most recent being the site of the tragic Royal Charter shipwreck in 1859. There are stunning sandy beaches nearby, at Benllech and Lligwy, and the lovely Red Wharf Bay, with its miles of open sands and birdlife. A perfect location for travelling around this lovely island and throughout beautiful Snowdonia.
