Spacious, clean and well equipped. The location was perfect too, a short walk to the village, an excellent village shop and a choice of places to eat. My daughter would particularly like us to mention what a helpful and friendly neighbour we had.

Ample parking at the front of the house and although the property is all on one level the steps up to the front door may be a problem for people with mobility issues ( this is pointed out in the property description, full marks for that) The house itself is bright, comfortable and well equipped and well positioned for local walks (there is an interesting ancient settlement 2km or so walk and also access to the coastal path is quick and easy. The local fish and chip shop was excellent and within walking distance. We also had a lovely lunch at Annâs Pantry and the village shop was most helpful with our request for logs. There was a problem with water/heating which was dealt with promptly with phone access to the owner. Thank you
