Ty'n Cae is a well-received cottage in Anglesey, praised for its stunning views over Red Wharf Bay, comfortable furnishings, and well-equipped facilities. Guests appreciate the property's cleanliness, tranquil location, and the thoughtful touches provided by the owners. While most reviews are positive, a few guests noted maintenance issues and safety concerns in the garden area.
The majority of guests found the cottage to be clean and tidy, with only one mention of a musty smell. The high standard of cleanliness contributed to the overall welcoming atmosphere.
The location is highly praised for its tranquility, proximity to the bay, and local amenities. The views are consistently described as amazing, and the area is deemed perfect for both relaxation and exploration.
Guests find the cottage comfortable, with special mentions of the cosy living room and warm bedrooms. Some guests noted the beds were too soft for their preference, but overall, the comfort level is rated highly.
Facilities are generally well-regarded, especially the well-equipped kitchen. However, some guests reported maintenance issues such as a leaking freezer, worn cooker settings, and a non-functional wood stove, which slightly lowers the score.

The owner has taken great care in making this one of the most stylish yet relaxed properties in our collection right down to the fabrics, sofas and even the island unit for one which we love!

The bay is very shallow, and at low tide almost 10 square miles of sand is uncovered to provides safe bathing, perfect for family fun, fishing and miles of stunning, scenic walks. The large bay attracts a huge number of waterfowl and wading birds, including shell duck, grey plover, purple sandpipers, curlew, oystercatchers and dunlin. Only 3 miles away is the delightful medieval town of Beaumaris, which boasts a 13th century moated castle, lovely buildings housing excellent shops, olde-worlde pubs, restaurants, bistros, museums, as well as a golf course and exciting pleasure boat and sea fishing trips.
