Guests say

Guests generally appreciate the cottage's stunning location near Trearddur Bay, with its proximity to the beach and coastal walks. The property is praised for its comfort, views, and well-equipped nature. While some cleanliness issues were noted, the overall sentiment is positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Cleanliness scores are mixed. Several guests found the cottage clean and well-maintained, while others noted issues with dog hair, dirty skirting boards, and kitchenware. The presence of a dirty oven in one review suggests room for improvement, but the overall trend leans towards a satisfactory level of cleanliness.

The location is highly praised for its beauty, tranquillity, and convenience, with easy access to the beach and coastal walks. The proximity to local amenities and attractions like South Stack enhances the appeal. The restriction on dogs at the nearby beach during summer is noted but does not significantly detract from the overall positive feedback.

Comfort is well-regarded, with guests finding the cottage cosy and well-furnished. Some guests felt the property was more suitable for couples or small families due to the size of the kitchen and living area. High-quality bedding and towels were appreciated, contributing to a comfortable stay.

Facilities are generally good, with the property being well-equipped and modern. However, there are mentions of maintenance issues such as a damaged bathroom window, non-working towel radiator, and incorrect plumbing for hot water taps. These are offset by positive comments on the property's amenities and fast internet.

There is insufficient information to score thoughtfulness accurately. While one review mentioned a 'not the best welcome pack', there is no consistent reference to gifts or additional thoughtful touches provided by the hosts, and as such, it cannot be guaranteed that guests will receive such items.

Only issue was, there was no small sauce pan and the can opener doesn't work. Petty really, but if you don't mention it, it won't get fixed. Regards Dave and Dot

Other than this we had a great stay again and will be coming back .

We really enjoyed our stay at number 5, it was very clean and really nicely decorated. I would say that it is ideal for a young family but that it may be too small for 4 adults as the living area is quite compact. Short drive to supermarkets (Holyhead) restaurants and takeaways.
