About this property

A charming barn conversion that can accommodate ten people, so is ideal for family who wish to explore this part of South Wales, or to enjoy a celebration, such as a wedding anniversary with your nearest and dearest. Inside you will find a lovely open plan living area with a kitchen, large dining area and a welcoming sitting area. Next to the living area are two bedrooms, one of which is a double and the other a twin. One of the beds in the twin room can be a care bed and completing the ground floor is a wet room. Via two galleried stairways are the first floor bedrooms, a double with a convenient en-suite basin and WC and a family room with three single beds and an en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath. Outside is a private enclosed patio, along with a shared lawned garden. An excellent base for whatever you wish to see and do in the area. Note: This property is next to Ref. 951708, together they sleep 18.

Laugharne, with its majestic castle standing on a low ridge overlooking the wide Taf River Estuary, is famous for its associations with the poet Dylan Thomas, and a visit to his Boat House and the writing shed where he wrote most of his works is a wonderful experience.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome.

Shop and pub 1.8 miles.
