In a picturesque and well-maintained estate, the cottage exceeded our expectations, offering more than the photos conveyed. The breathtaking views, especially the sunsets and the occasional visits from the horse in the back, were highlights of our stay. Our two dogs had a safe and enjoyable time exploring the surroundings. The cottage itself was comfortable, ensuring restful nights for us all. We enjoyed swimming in the heated, covered pool. There was everything we needed and we slept well! We made the most of our location with visits to Pendine Sands and New Quay, savouring delicious meals at HWB Food Hall (highly recommend the Thai cuisine!). Narberth offered charming shopping experiences, and even on rainy days, we enjoyed the Cofio Lounge in Carmarthen. A sunny day at Colby Woodland Garden, complete with a picnic, was the cherry on top of our relaxing and memorable stay at Puffin Cottage.

The grounds are beautiful and beautifully maintained. The pool was a hit especially with the grandchildren, Iâd recommend you bring a dressing gown & flip flops for walking back to the cottage. The garden was stunning and secure, it is shared with two other cottages but when we were there we only saw our neighbours once, but be mindful of this if bringing your dog or if you are scared of dogs! The cottage on arrival was spotless and had a well equipped kitchen. Beds & settee werenât the most comfortable but this didnât impact on our stay & I am very fussy ha ha. Would we return??
Marc
Beautiful place to stay, everyone very welcoming and warm, the only thing I would have liked is a separate garden to each other to allow the dogs to run around without worrying about other dogs
