Stunning apartment in an excellent location with harbour views. Immediately next door to the Harbourmaster Hotel in the lovely town of Aberaeron on the West Wales coast.

A two storey apartment within a Georgian townhouse, with stunning views over the harbour - perfect for a family or friends to get together. Immediately next door to the iconic Harbourmaster Hotel, this spacious apartment is ideally situated to enjoy the pretty fishing town of Aberaeron and its beautiful harbour. You will enjoy stunning views from the lounge, a beautiful space to relax after a day out.

Enjoy afternoon tea at the Hive on the Quay or a meal at the award winning Cellar Restaurant and Bar both only a short stroll from the property. The town has lots of interesting shops to enjoy and is packed with Georgian charm. Take a 3km walk along the old railway track to visit the beautiful National Trust mansion and Walled garden at Llanerchaeron the railway track is ideal for cyclists and is also pushchair friendly. Or a boat trip to enjoy the splendour of this beautiful coastline.

Size: sleeps four in two bedrooms.

Beds: one king, one twin. Comfortable rooms with bedside tables, wardrobe storage and a dressing table. 

Rooms: first floor – lounge/diner, kitchen. Second floor - Bedroom 1 with king bed, en suite with rain shower, WC and washbasin. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, en suite with rain shower, WC and washbasin.

Kitchen and utilities: newly fitted kitchen with all modern appliances including electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, small fridge-freezer. Laundry service available (collect and return).

Entertainment: Smart TV. Wifi included.

For families: Family friendly, please note that the staircase between the first and second floor is quite steep, property not recommended for infants. 

Outside: bench to the front of the house where you can admire the harbor views, with direct access to the harbourside and all its amenities.

Parking: parking spaces available within 100yds.

General: bed linen, towels provided and hairdryers. Heating and electricity included. Welcome pack on arrival.

Pets: no pets.
