Guests say

Bryn Vista at Aberystwyth offers a cosy, home-from-home experience in a holiday park with stunning sea and countryside views. Guests have praised the spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean caravans, as well as the friendly staff and well-maintained site. While the location was a point of contention for one guest due to a website error, the overall sentiment is one of satisfaction, with many looking forward to returning.

Guests consistently noted the caravans were spotlessly clean and excellently maintained, indicating high standards of cleanliness.

While most guests enjoyed the views and setting, one guest experienced a discrepancy with the advertised location, leading to a slightly lower score.

Reviews frequently mention the comfort of the caravans, describing them as cosy, spacious, and well-equipped, suggesting a high level of guest comfort.

The site is described as well-run with plenty to do, especially for children. However, the lack of a hairdryer and a maintenance issue, although quickly resolved, slightly affect the score.

There is no mention of gifts or additional thoughtful touches provided by the host, so it is not possible to assess this category.

You could feel the springs and there was no support in them. Otherwise we had no complaints.

However, the pinned location on the Sykes website, showing it to be close to the sea was completely wrong and it was half a mile from the beach. As the location was the main reason for booking it, we felt that there was room for complaint. Sykes has only offered a vague apology and to ask the owner to amend the listing. Sykes are not accepting any responsibility and are not responding to messages.
