This idyllic location is just 11 miles from the university town of Lampeter. Within 10 miles: enjoy a day at the beach at Aberaeron, taking a boat trip out to spot the visiting bottlenose dolphins, or the Dylan Thomas Trail in the poet’s former hometown of New Quay (16 miles) Explore the sandy beaches, coves, towns, and villages of Cardigan Bay with walking, cycling, fishing, and swimming. Well served by the National trust with beaches and country homes to explore to include Dinefwr, Penbryn and the Llanerchaeron Estate all within a 20-mile radius. The river Teifi offers superb angling and for walkers why not enjoy some of the river trail.

Size - Sleeps 4 in two bedrooms. 

Beds - A king-size room, with en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath and WC C, and a super-king-size zip-and-link (that can be made into twin beds on request when booking), with en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. One main bedroom offers a TV, both bedrooms offer a hairdryer and an en suite. Bed-linen and towels are provided. 

Rooms - Ground floor - open kitchen and living room, central heating and electricity included. First floor - A king-size room, with en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath and WC C, and a super-king-size zip-and-link (that can be made into twin beds on request when booking), with en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. Travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own cot bedding with you.

Kitchen - Electric oven and hob, microwave fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Entertainment - TV, Table Tennis, Jenga & Boules. Wifi included. 

Outside - Open the French doors onto a patio area enjoying an open aspect onto the surrounding countryside, here guests can relax, there is a table and chairs for summer dining. Guests can enjoy the communal grounds with access to BBQ, fire pits and outdoor games including Jenga , boules and table tennis. BBQ available, guests need to purchase their own coal for the BBQ. Fire pit, guests are able to purchase a wheel barrow of logs for the fire pit for £5.

Undercover storage for bikes - Bikes can be stored in an open sided barn, guests are advised to bring their own locks. 

Outdoor/Beach towels - Would recommend bringing your own outdoor/beach towels for your stay. 

Parking - There is private parking for up to 4 cars.
