Perfectly located for year round holidays and breaks, this spacious, bright, semi-detached property provides stylish family accommodation close to the university town of Aberystwyth. The town is home to a fine selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, along with a Victorian pier and promenade. Unique to Aberystwyth is the Victorian cliff railway which climbs steeply to the top of Constitution Hill, where you can see the Camera Obscura or sit and have a coffee whilst taking in the magnificent views of Cardigan Bay stretched out in front of you. You can also take a little train from the other side of town to the stunning waterfalls at Devil’s Bridge through the stunning scenery of Cwm Rheidol. Sandy beaches, boat trips for dolphin spotting or fishing, Rhayader’s red kite feeding station, excellent walking and bird watching, and mountain biking in the Cambrian Hills are all easily accessible. Village shop and a fish and chip restaurant/takeaway can be found 500 yards from the property. Beach 3 miles. Shop 500 yards, pub 3 miles and restaurant ½ mile.
