We’ve just returned from a blissful stay at our cottage, and it was exactly the break we needed. Tucked away in the countryside, the cottage had all the charm and comfort we hoped for, and the star of the show was undoubtedly the hot tub. We spent hours relaxing in it, unwinding under the night sky – it was very relaxing. The cottage itself was cosy and well-appointed, with everything on hand to make our stay comfortable. A lovely touch from the owner was the welcome treats of sausage rolls and Welsh cakes – the Welsh cakes, in particular, were delicious! The cottage was like a home away from home. During our stay, we made the most of the local attractions. We took a trip to Tenby beach, which was about an hour away, and it was well worth the drive for a bit of seaside fun. The children absolutely loved Heatherton World of Activities – they had a blast! We also visited Cardigan Castle, where we were pleasantly surprised to find free entry, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed afternoon exploring the historic grounds. What really made the visit special was the sense of peace and quiet – it felt like a true escape from the everyday rush. The hot tub was spotless and well-maintained, making it a joy to use. There’s nothing quite like soaking in warm, bubbling water while surrounded by nature; it was just what we needed to recharge our batteries. All in all, it was a fantastic getaway that left us feeling relaxed and refreshed.
