Llofft Gwair is our 2 bed cottage situated on our working smallholding in Llanwenog, West Wales. With lots of friendly animals to meet our farm is a great place to escape and unwind in a truly un-spoilt part of Wales. The golden sandy beaches of the Cardigan Bay are only a short drive away with lots of wildlife to see and enjoy. The two storey cottage formerly a hayloft and stable has been converted to offer accommodation for 4 guests. The cottage has its own dog friendly private enclosed garden with a hot tub perfect for relaxing in after a day exploring all West Wales has on offer.
Nestled in a truly magnificent location amongst the rolling Welsh countryside, Llofft Gwair (hayloft) is a traditional semi-detached cottage in the grounds of our smallholding. It provides the ideal base for two couples or a small family whatever time of year you choose to visit. This former hayloft, dating back to the 18th century, has been sympathetically restored with comfort in mind. Sleeping four people with spacious living areas, a well equipped kitchen and a shower room indoors heated by an oil fired boiler.
Outside there’s a private enclosed patio area with garden furniture and Hot Tub that completes the picture, making it the perfect place to unwind following a busy day’s adventure! There’s a private parking space. The cottage is pet friendly with two dogs as standard and more may be possible by prior arrangement. A footpath leads through our farm giving doorstep access for morning or evening doggy walks.
,Ground Floor:
Living room- With a 2 seat and 3 seat sofa there’s plenty of space to relax in front of the electric wood burner whilst watching the smart TV, playing a board game or reading a book.
Kitchen/Dining room- A well equipped kitchen with everything you should need to make a quick pizza or a full on Sunday Roast with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There’s a wooden table and four chairs for you to enjoy your meals as well as French doors leading out to a patio with table, benches and a bbq for that al fresco dining.

Bed 1- Relax in a Kingsize bed with hypoallergenic duvet and pillows made from British sheep wool. Bedding and Towels are included.
Bed 2- Two single beds are provided for flexibility again with hypoallergenic duvet and pillows made from British sheep wool. Bedding and Towels included.
Shower room- With shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin.
Outside: Enclosed private garden area with patio, table and chairs, bbq and the all important hot tub for stargazing in the evening.
