A sympathetically converted small barn with exposed beams providing comfortable, simply appointed holiday accommodation.

The interior has a 1st floor combined kitchen/dining living area with a wood-burning stove and a balcony to take advantage of beautiful rural views.

The bedrooms and bathroom are on the ground floor.

Located on a quiet country lane, the property is accessed up the slate steps from the driveway. The pretty cove of Cwm Tydu is only a short walk away.

Basic stores can be bought at the shop in Plwmp 1 mile away alternatively the bustling market town of New Quay with every convenience is just 4 miles away.

2 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 4 adults. 1 Double and 1 Double on the ground floor. Shower Room on the ground floor with toilet and washbasin.

Integral Kitchen/Dining/Living on the 1st floor with a wealth of exposed beams.

Kitchen/Dining area with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Table and chairs seating 4.

Living Area with wood burning stove, comfortable three piece suite, TV/DVD doors to balcony (glimpses of the sea).

Grounds small garden with garden furniture. The property is accessed via slate steps and the gardens are unsuitable for anyone with disabilities.
