Luxurious yet practical, it's the ideal base for enjoying one of the coolest bays on the peninsular, Llangennith. Popular with surfers and families alike, what is widely regarded as the surf capital of Gower is a 3 mile stretch of sandy beach that serves beginners and experts well.
Cleveland Cottage boasts lovely coastal styling, WiFi, stunning sea views, private parking for 4 cars and a large, enclosed garden that is simply perfect for ball games.
There's a great pub, The King's Head plus a seasonal convenience store (Easter to Sept) and a surf shop within a 5 minute walk, plus the village of Mumbles and the city of Swansea are both drivable within half an hour.

Dining Area: Dining table for four plus a 2-seat sofa.

Reception: Two 3-seater sofas, coffee tables and a 50" TV with Freeview, Blu-ray DVD, a DAB radio and a Bluetooth iPod dock. There's also an Xbox One with games (AA batteries required and not supplied), a selection of books, board games and DVDs and fabulous views from double French doors that open out onto a raised patio area where there is outdoor dining furniture.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: Double bed, mirror fronted wardrobe, additional storage and a TV.
Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds and hanging space.
Family Bathroom: Bath with shower over, basin and WC.
External: Parking for 4 cars, a large enclosed lawned garden and a raised patio with dining furniture (please ensure children are supervised at all times).
