Llanmorlais is a small village that spreads inland from the estuary, salt marshes and nature reserve. This converted barn has been tastefully renovated to a high standard and sits along side a small working farm. Just a short walk from the Loughor estuary, salt marsh and nature reserve this is a fantastic base for those who want to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of North Gower.
The renowned beaches of Gower are within easy reach by car and there are a number of local pubs and restaurants, many of which serve excellent food.

Ground Floor
Kitchen: Double oven range, fridge, freezer and a dining table and chairs for 5.
Lounge: A 3-seat reclining sofa, a 2-seat reclining sofa, TV and DVD. Patio doors lead off the lounge to the courtyard.
Bedroom 1: 1 single bed.
Family Bathroom: Bath, shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.
First Floor
Bedroom 2: Double bed, Velux roof lights, chest of drawers. Hanging rails are provided due to the shape of the room.
Bedroom 3: 2 x single beds, Velux roof lights and chest of drawers. Hanging for clothes is provided by hanging rails due to the shape of the room.
External: Gravelled courtyard with outside furniture.
note: There is restricted headroom in both upstairs bedrooms.
Sleeps 5: 1 Double, 1 Twin, 1 Single
C/O day - Fri. Gas CH. Bed linen & towels provided. WiFi available. Parking for 3/4 cars. Travel cot (no linen included) and highchair. No pets. No smoking
