Langland Bay Road holiday home is a great base to benefit from beach and village life. Situated on the hill above the bays of Langland and Rotherslade you are a five minute walk away from enjoying a coffee overlooking the sea in the beachside cafes.

You can play tennis on the Langland Bay courts, have a surfing lesson, set off around the Gower coastal path, have dinner in Langland Brasserie or even just grab a book and a beach towel and relax on the sand. The busy village of Mumbles with it's boutiques, bars, galleries, restaurants, pier and lighthouse is a ten minute walk downhill. Langland Bay Road is a funky and functional family home.

Ground Floor

Kitchen/Dining Area: Double oven with hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, dart board and an island with barstools. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs and a bench to seat 3 comfortably and French doors that lead out to the back garden.

Cloakroom: WC and hand basin.

Shower Room: Shower cubicle.

Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer and a door which leads outside with access to the side passage.

Reception 1: Large sofa, 2 x lounge chairs with footstool, flatscreen TV, bookcase and log burner.

Reception 2: Large sofa, desk with chair, wall-mounted TV, electric integrated fire and games. This room has direct access to the kitchen.

First Floor

Master Bedroom: King size bed, built-in wardrobes and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.

Bedroom 2: Single bed with storage under and desk with chair.

Bedroom 3: Bunk bed for children (not full length) with storage under, book case and a desk with chair.

Family Bathroom: Bath, walk-in shower cubicle, WC and basin.

Second Floor

Bedroom 4: Double bed, chaise longue, Velux window and exposed ceiling beams - giving limited head space. There is also an en suite shower room with shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.

External: South facing patio with outdoor furniture, trampoline, climbing wall and a 'Wendy house'. There is rear parking for 2 cars with aditional parking on the street at the front with steps up to the property.
