Park Street Cottage is a traditional cottage set in the heart of Mumbles village. The cottage has recently been refurbished and provides spacious and an open-plan living space for four people.

All of the amenities in Mumbles are just a short walk away leading to the 5km promenade which stretches from Mumbles to Swansea Marina. The property is a short walk away from The Park Inn which is a very small traditional pub serving real ales.

The beaches of Rotherslade, Langland and Caswell can be reached which means that the cottage can offer both a coastal and village life location.

Lounge: Entrance to open plan lounge area. Soft seating for 4. Coffee table, Virgin TV and DVD player.

Dining Area: Table and chairs to seat 4 people.

Kitchen: Gas hob, Gas oven, microwave, top loading washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, doors leading out to the garden.

First Floor

Bedroom 1: Double bed, beside furniture and built in wardrobes.

Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds, (one 3ft and one 2ft 6), and a chest of drawers.

Family Bathroom: Shower cubicle, WC and basin.

External: Patio area with outdoor furniture including table and chairs for 4. Steps leading up to raised beds and grassed area.

Sleeps 4: 1 Double, 1 Twin
