Everything you need, plenty of Kitchen utensils, spotlessly clean and only a five minute walk into town. Large and warm ,with two comfy lounges. Anne the owner was lovely, making sure everything was fine ,after Storm Darragh. We had a very wet and windy break but we love llandudno and will certainly be returning to Anne's house. Would highly recommend. .

Excellent stay very clean comfortable and warm Thank you for the biscuits tea coffee and milk most appreciated The Christmas tree was a lovely touch Just a suggestion that Winter Duvets would make the stay even more comfortable Kind regards

There are many rooms allowing multiple people to stay without constantly running into eachother. Beds and Sofa's are comfortable. We also loved the welcome pack and christmas tree setup for our arrival. The bathroom facilities are good, only the showers heads are a bit low for tall people and water pressure isnt very high. It is an older house, and especially in windy conditions there is some draft in the house.
