4 Pen Y Mynydd, an outstanding three-storey abode tucked away in the charming seaside town of Colwyn Bay, North Wales. With underfloor heating, 10 Smart TVs, and a luxurious hot tub, this impressive property offers a perfect retreat for families and friends seeking a coastal escape. Inside, you are welcomed into a plush sitting room, where you can relax and unwind watching movies on the Smart TV. Beyond here is a snug room, where you can catch some peace and quiet before stepping into the kitchen/diner to prepare and enjoy some yummy food in the fully-equipped kitchen and toast to a wonderful holiday around the dining table. As the evenings draw to a close, retreat to one of the eight bedrooms, to catch your night's rest. The super-king-size bedroom boasts a lavish en-suite wet room with a jacuzzi bath and Sonos Surround sound system, while the top-floor bedrooms offer stunning sea views. Venture outside to the rear garden, where you'll find a large hot tub and bar area, for chilled out family gatherings, or simply for enjoying the football on a sunny afternoon. For those with kids, to the side of the property is an exciting adventure park with a trampoline, climbing frames, and slides, keeping every one of all ages entertained. Explore the beautiful seaside town of Colwyn Bay, where you can immerse yourself in nature at the Welsh Mountain Zoo, relax in the stunning Eirias Park, or simply soak up the sun at Colwyn Bay Beach. Venturing to Llandudno, be sure to visit Great Orme Mines for a glimpse into the past, stroll along the iconic Llandudno Pier, or browse the quirky boutiques for unique finds. The elegant coastal resort of Colwyn Bay has much to offer visitors of all ages, including sandy beaches, a promenade, a large park with a skateboard section, a leisure centre and bowling green, the Welsh Mountain Zoo, Eirias Park, a leisure centre, a theatre/cinema, numerous shops, pubs and restaurants (one on the seafront by the watersports centre, is owned by the celebrity chef, Bryn Williams, who also owns Odette's restaurant in London). Colwyn Bay is an ideal touring base and is close to the many and varied attractions of North Wales and it also benefits from many yearly events, including the Triathlon, the Forties Festival and the Prom Xtra. Set not far away in Llandudno is the Victorian Extravaganza which is also held annually. Virgin Trains travel directly from London Euston to Colwyn Bay and take approximately 2 hours 45 minutes, stopping at Milton Keynes Central, Crewe and Chester.
