A communal entrance offers a staircase and lift to the fourth floor, where you can enter into the beautiful property, for those with limited mobility, you can access the apartment without having to use stairs through back door. The open-plan lounge area has a luxury feel, perfect for spending an hour or two admiring the sea views and beautiful décor that makes this retreat a home-away-from-home. French doors open onto the balcony, so you can step outside to be at one with the lovely location, and perhaps be lucky enough to spot one of the dolphins in the bay (binoculars provided). It is clean and well equipped to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The recent improvements to the beach and promenade in Rhos make for a very pleasant walk around the bay.

The apartment is spotlessly clean, very modern and well equipped, and we were treated to a welcome pack of milk, Welsh cakes and even a bottle of wine. The owners were extremely helpful, and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was satisfactory and trouble free. The added bonus was that we had really good weather for the entire length of our stay.
