This attractive, second-floor apartment is situated as part of the Ocean View apartments, within the seaside resort of Rhos-on-Sea. A quality retreat for two, this contemporary apartment boasts a light and airy feel, with exceptional sea views from the balcony and bedroom window. Accessed via a lift, Puffin View is ideal for those with limited mobility, and offers one allocated car parking space outside. Relax and unwind within the open-plan living area, comprised of a well-equipped kitchen and a refreshing sitting area with plush corner sofa and Smart television for entertainment. Step out onto the balcony and spend an hour or two admiring the sea views, perhaps even spotting a dolphin if you’re lucky enough! As your evening draws to a close, retire to the beautifully presented bedroom, serviced by a contemporary shower room in an all-white overtone. On a sunny afternoon, stroll along the promenade or head down to the sandy beach where you can swim in the shallow waters. Rhos-on-Sea is also home to a selection of independent shops and fine pubs and restaurants to sample, perfect if you don’t feel like cooking yourself. Venture to the nearby town of Llandudno, where you can take the tramway up the Great Orme to catch some unbeatable coastal views, or amble along the fabulous pier and enjoy the attractions on offer. Plenty of outdoor opportunity can be found in the Snowdonia National Park, whether you fancy rambling its rugged landscapes and commanding mountains, or taking to the exhilarating attractions of Zip World and Bounce Below, situated just a short drive from the apartment. With much to see and do in the immediate surroundings, along with being placed on the spectacular North Wales coastline, Puffin View is an excellent getaway for two.
Rhos-on-Sea, a town on the North Wales coast, is four miles from Victorian Llandudno and 18 miles from popular inland destination Betws-y-Coed. Rhos-on-Sea has an attractive harbour and a relaxed air, and is sandwiched between two bays; Penrhyn and Colwyn. The town offers shops, pubs and restaurants, and the area is full of opportunities for walking, fishing, sailing, watersports and golf.

An absolute ideal place for a nice quiet relaxing holiday, The facility has all the home comforts you need to relax and unwind, It is ideally situated to access Llandudno, Conway, which are just 20 mins drive away,

The building has a key code entry, and a nominated car park space at the front of the building, which is essential in Rhos-On-Sea. Very convenient location to visit the local attractions, eg Bodnant Gardens, Llandudno, Anglesey etc. I found that the A55 Junction 20 is the best junction to use. I suggest the addition of a milk jug to the equipment.

Good shower. Excellent kitchen and equipment. Loved the "flight of puffins" on the wall and the embroidered puffins on the pillow cases. Splendid view!!!
