The elegant coastal resort of Colwyn Bay has a lot to offer visitors of all ages, including sandy beaches, a promenade, a large park with a skateboard section, a leisure centre and bowling green, the Welsh Mountain Zoo, Eirias Park, a leisure centre, a theatre/cinema, numerous shops, pubs and restaurants (one on the seafront near the watersports centre is owned by celebrity chef Bryn Williams, who also owns Odette's Colwyn Bay is an excellent visiting base because it is close to the various and varied sights of North Wales. It also hosts a number of annual events, such as the Triathlon, the Forties Festival, and the Prom Xtra. The Victorian Extravaganza, which takes place every year in Llandudno, is not far away. Virgin Trains take approximately 2 hours 45 minutes to travel directly from London Euston to Colwyn Bay, stopping at Milton Keynes Central, Crewe, and Chester.

Very clean and well equipped. Only the explanations about the washing/drying machine could be more detailed. Eg. How to tumble dry only or just not at all... Very nice welcome basket.
