Guests consistently commend the property for its cleanliness, describing it as spotless and well-maintained. The high standard of cleanliness contributes significantly to the positive experiences reported by visitors.
The location receives mixed feedback. While convenient for accessing local beaches and amenities, some guests were dissatisfied with the industrial surroundings and proximity to a train line. However, the quietness and ease of access to Llandudno and other attractions are appreciated.
The comfort of Greystones is frequently highlighted, with special mention of the comfortable beds and spacious living areas. The property accommodates large groups well, and the presence of a ground floor bedroom and bathroom is beneficial for those with mobility issues.

The property's thoughtfulness towards guests is evident through the provision of items like stair gates and children's garden furniture. While some guests were delighted by welcome treats, it is important to note that such gestures are not guaranteed and may vary.

It is very centrally located for Llandudno Town Centre and West Shore (you can walk to both quite easily). The location itself might not be the most scenic but you must take this into consideration with the location of the property. Overall, there is very little noise from the car hire company next door but if you are looking for scenic views, this is not the place for you. I did my research before booking and should add I have never booked the same accommodation more than once but have returned to Greystones three times. It is unusual (but such a bonus) to have four king sized beds, large bedrooms and a large sitting room, two bathrooms and an additional WC. Three large comfortable sofas in the large sitting room also. The ground floor bedroom is perfect for anyone with mobility issues as the shower room is right next to the bedroom. We will most likely return to Greystones for the location, room, cleanliness, and comfort. Was a little disappointed that there was very little in the way of things like washing up liquid / a cloth / extra bin bag etc as we were there for two weeks. A drop of milk or something extra other than a few tea bags would have been nice considering its rating and cost.

Otherwise lovely.

However, we found the kitchen to be inadequate for the number of guests, lacking counter space and proper utensils. There was no suitable dining area for the family. The house is located on the outskirts of town, in a cul-de-sac within a van rental car park, and next to the van rental business, leading to traffic and activity at various times. The front of the house overlooks a walled flyover, and the outside space requires attention as the fences are scruffy, the garden path needs weeding, and the outdoor table is unsuitable. The view is uninteresting, and there is no suitable area to relax outdoors. Overall, the outside space reminded us of a prison yard not somewhere inviting to relax on holiday.
