It was a huge advantage having our own parking; something of a rare novelty in the town. The patio area had the most lovely views across the rooftops to the distant hills. Sadly the weather didnât provide much opportunity to enjoy it. The conservatory was very useful in the inclement weather.

Only issue is the Internet speeds are slow, I don't think it has Fibre Broadband. But annoying when needing fast connection to look up places to go/eat etc.
