Guests say

Livingstone House is consistently praised for its spaciousness, tasteful decoration, and central location in Llandudno. Guests appreciate the comfortable furnishings, ample parking, and proximity to local amenities. While some minor maintenance issues are noted, the overall experience is highly regarded, making it a popular choice for family gatherings and holidays.

Guests frequently commend the property for its cleanliness, with numerous mentions of it being 'spotless' and well-maintained. A few minor comments suggest room for improvement in specific areas, but these do not detract significantly from the overall high standards experienced.

The location is highly praised for being central and close to shops, the beach, and attractions. The convenience of the location contributes significantly to the positive experiences of the guests, with easy access to local amenities and the seafront.

Comfort is a strong point for this property, with guests finding the beds comfortable and the house quiet despite its town centre location. Some guests suggested additional cutlery and larger towels would enhance comfort further.

The property is well-equipped with modern conveniences and TVs in each room. However, some guests noted the need for more cutlery, larger towels, and a few more toilet rolls upon arrival. There were also minor issues with showers and a desire for a tumble dryer. Maintenance of facilities is generally good but could be improved.

While the reviews reflect a positive experience, there is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the hosts. Therefore, this category cannot be scored.

. However, it is the small things that prevents it from being luxury, as it calls itself. The pots and pans are not in a good state and need to be repalced. Two of the kitchen windows are really quite dirty where the birds have been using it as target practice and we could not locate a single booklet regarding any of the electrical appliances which is normal for other properties. Minor things perhaps, but It is those details that prevent it being seen as luxury and they are easily fixed.

Lucy was very helpful in explaining that one of the showers took 2-5 mins for the water to come through but when it did , it was fabulous! Perhaps a note in that bathroom explaining the shower , might be a help. Secondly, there was no explanation in the welcome book about which were the days for each bin. All in all ….a fabulous house. Would we stay there again?…. YES
