Guests say

Noah's Rest is a spacious cottage in Llandudno, praised for its convenient location and ample room, accommodating large groups and pets with ease. The property boasts a well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and a games room that is a hit with children. Its proximity to local amenities and attractions adds to its appeal, making it a popular choice for family gatherings and holidays.

Reviews present a mixed view on cleanliness. Some guests found the property well-presented, while others noted issues such as dirty windows, dusty surfaces, and a general lack of thorough cleaning. The inconsistency suggests room for improvement in this area.

The location is highly praised for being close to the town, beach, shops, and the Christmas market, making it an ideal spot for guests looking to explore Llandudno and its surroundings.

Guests generally find the beds comfortable and the living spaces ample. However, some noted the lack of curtains and soft beds as detractors from the overall comfort. The presence of TVs in bedrooms and a suntrap garden are positive aspects.

Facilities are appreciated, such as the well-equipped kitchen and games room. Criticisms include the absence of a dishwasher and issues with heating instructions. Some maintenance issues like leakages and broken shower trays were also reported.

There is insufficient information to assess thoughtfulness as there are no mentions of gifts or special touches provided by the hosts. Therefore, a score cannot be given.

Was even nicer than the pictures. Sykes need to update photos because the house has been done up a bit. New dining room instead of disabled bedroom. New table in living room and more TVs added upstairs. In an ideal spot close to everything and felt safe near the police station. Has everything you need. Beautiful house

After speaking with Paul the owner many times before staying we were reassured by him that the place would be perfect. In some ways it was. The location to shops and the beach front is perfect but the draw back is your in the middle of a run down housing estate right opposite a police station. This was a big let down for us. The house itself is tired and needs a lot of TLC. The disabled area we didn’t use as we found it a little overwhelming which left us with 1 working shower between the 9 of us which wasn’t great either ! Beds weren’t comfy and pillows were terrible. The kitchen was ok. Nice to look at but 1 small cooker for a house that sleeps 10 is crazy and the whole no dishwasher thing baffles me !! I think if we hadn’t paid the hefty £500 a night stay this house would have been ok but we expected way more for the price tag. We all left having the best Holiday but we wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend.

We had a lovely time at Noah’s Rest ,it was the 5th year we have stayed here ,we met Helen the cleaner she is lovely and helpful the only problem we had with the property was parking for disabled there is a sign on the wall but is always used needs a proper space for this property only and a dropped pavement and markings on road and a small ramp from street into yard otherwise very happy as usual will be coming back next year thanks for a lovely break Kathy and Barry
