Quayside Cottage in Conwy is praised for its superb location and stunning views, offering a cosy and comfortable stay. Guests appreciate the friendly owner and the property's proximity to local amenities. While some maintenance issues are noted, the charm of the cottage and its setting are consistently highlighted.
Several reviews mention the need for a deeper clean, with specific references to sticky floors, dusty areas, and a general need for more thorough maintenance. However, some guests found the cottage to be clean and tidy upon arrival.
The location is highly praised for its beautiful views and convenience to Conwy town centre, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. The peaceful setting despite proximity to busy areas is also appreciated.
Guests find the bed very comfortable and the cottage cosy, especially with the open fire. However, some reviews mention uncomfortable seating and a need for better dining arrangements, slightly affecting the comfort score.
The cottage is well-equipped but has several maintenance issues such as a cracked wood burner, flickering lights, and a faulty oven. Cutlery and crockery quantities are inconsistent, and some kitchenware needs replacing.
There is insufficient information to assess thoughtfulness as there are no consistent mentions of gifts or special touches provided by the owner. Therefore, this score is set to null.
