The ground floor consists of a large double bedroom with Kingsize bed and sea views, A cozy games room/ snug with Xbox console dvd player and Table football. The kitchen diner lies beyond the games room with doors out to the rear yard and parking area. There is also a ground floor WC and Shower room. The first floor has two twin rooms a family bathroom (bath with shower over) and the main lounge located to take advantage of the fabulous views from the first floor out over the estuary towards Puffin Island and the Isle of Anglesey, perfectly positioned to capture the stunning sunsets. This room can also serve as a fourth bedroom with full size double sofa bed and blackout curtains.   This is a no smoking property.
