The house has a ground and first floor. All the rooms are decorated to a high standard to create a lovely living space. On the ground floor is the first living room with L-shaped sofa, armchair, log burner, and flat screen TV; the second living room also has an L-shaped sofa, an armchair and flat screen TV. The spacious kitchen-diner has floor to ceiling windows to make the most of the countryside views and a large bi-fold door. The modern kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kitchenware, crockery, cutlery, breakfast bar and dining table. A utility room houses the washing machine and a door to the downstairs toilet.
Bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor.The spacious master bedroom has a King size bed, chest of drawers, clothes hanging space and an ensuite bathroom with free standing bath tub, WC, wash basin, and heated towel rail. The master bedroom window looks out over the countryside. The second bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and juliette balcony also looking our over the contryside. The third bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. A family bathroom has a bath, shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.
Lily Bank Cottage has a large garden with the Afon Alwen (river Alwen) running along one side of the garden. There is plenty of space to play and relax in the garden.
The house has full central heating, WiFi internet connection, bed linen, towels, and parking for 4 cars. This is a no smoking property
Lily Bank Cottage is near to the village of Corwen and if you want to explore the area you can drive to Llangollen in 25 minutes, Lake Bala in 18 minutes, and Betws-y-Coed in 35 minutes. Mount Snowdon is an hour long drive.
