Within the village you will find a shop, a pub and restaurants, and a number of walking and cycling routes surrounding the area. A short drive will bring you to the bustling market town of Bala, where you will find the famous lake with opportunities for fishing, sailing, canoeing and windsurfing.

Great garden area to enjoy . Cottage is practical and comfortable. Shop 2 minutes away and Bala , which is a lovely town , has 2 supermarkets . It would be useful if driveway could be widened as it's a bit tight , a minor quibble though. We would throughly recommend this property.

Great location within driving distance of lots of places to visit. The drive is a little tight and takes a bit of manoeuvring but we managed it in our large estate car so anything smaller would be a doddle. Would highly recommend if you want to explore this part of Wales.

We wanted for nothing. So clean and tidy. Lovely bedding and towels. Great shower. Great welcome pack to which was very handy, as arrived later than planned. Area is fantastic, everything you need is with in 20 mins. Great dog walks. Canât fault it.
