The cottage receives high marks for cleanliness, with guests describing it as well-maintained and clean. There is a minor mention of some kitchen items not being washed, but this appears to be an isolated incident and not reflective of the general standard.

The house itself is extremely functional with a good sized kitchen and it has the convenience of 2 shower rooms. The conservatory is lovely and the garden backs on to the river which makes it a great place for enjoying a bit of peace and quiet. The house looks clean and tidy but I think it’s needing some TLC and updating eg pillows and other bedding, pots and pans and fresh sealant in shower rooms. Having said that, I would happily recommend a stay here.

Fantastic base point for visiting the area, great welcome pack, lovely setting by the river, unfortunately cobwebs in every room, bedrooms bathroom living space, I cleared the larger ones with spiders as my son and partner aren't partial to them, left the rest with a note to the cleaning team
