Guests appreciate the clean, comfortable accommodation and the thoughtful touches, although some noted room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.
The property generally receives positive remarks for cleanliness, with guests finding it tidy and welcoming upon arrival. However, a few guests mentioned issues such as cigarette ends and a lack of bin space, slightly affecting the score.
The location is highly praised for its proximity to the beach and quiet setting, making it ideal for families and peaceful retreats. The easy access to local amenities and attractions in North Wales also contributes to the high score.
Guests find the beds very comfortable and the property suitable for different generations, including those with poor mobility. Some guests felt the living space was smaller than expected and the sofas could be more comfortable, which is reflected in the score.
While the property is equipped with essentials and guests appreciate features like the Xbox and smart TVs, there are recurring comments about maintenance issues, such as TV signal problems and a lack of kitchen equipment for larger groups.
