Flat 2 in Prestatyn is praised for its cleanliness, modern decor, and central location close to shops and the station. Guests appreciate the comfortable furnishings and the property's convenience for dining and transport. While some mention noise and a rat sighting in the courtyard, these are isolated comments amidst overall positive feedback.
Most guests found Flat 2 to be very clean and comfortable. One guest mentioned having to unblock a shower trap, but this seems to be an exception rather than the rule.
The central location is highly praised for its proximity to shops, pubs, eateries, and the train station. Parking issues and occasional street noise are noted, but the convenience is consistently appreciated.
Guests frequently mention the comfortable bed and furnishings, contributing to a pleasant stay. The presence of noise on one occasion was noted, but overall, the flat is regarded as cozy and inviting.
The apartment's facilities are generally well-received, with modern decor and a welcome bottle of wine mentioned. However, some maintenance issues like a blocked shower trap and a tired-looking courtyard detract from the experience.
While a welcome bottle of wine is appreciated, there are not enough references to thoughtful touches or gifts to accurately score this category. It should be noted that such amenities are not guaranteed.

No basic condiments. Cooker hood extractor not working. Bathroom cabinet still not fixed noted in previous review, some curtain tie back fixtures missing. No dustpan and brush supplied had we wanted to sweep up. Other than these issues the flat was very comfortable and centrally located.

But feel that the courtyard area really lets the property down and really needs a makeover as it looks really tired and messy. Also the bathroom cabinet needs looking at, paint chipped off doors not fitting right. I am only saying this as the rest of the flat is lovely. We have booked twice more for later in the year and love staying at flat 2.
