Enjoying views of Prestatyn beach, centrally positioned within the coastal town in Denbighshire is THE Beach House, a fabulous seven-bedroom home. Offering flexible sleeping arrangements, a private driveway and garden, a dedicated games room, and a contemporary interior, THE Beach House is well-located near a host of amenities and attractions, perfect for a family seascape; 15 guests are welcomed, along with one well-behaved dog. Park up on the gated driveway, with ample room for six cars, before entering the spacious sitting room, complete with plush recliner sofas and armchairs, a Smart TV, and an electric fire for those cooler evenings. Head into the kitchen/diner to prepare meals for the family, where you can also gather to plan your impending itinerary; this room also houses a TV and PlayStation, ideal as the social hub of the home. For a competitive evening, locate the conservatory, home to a selection of games, and a multi-use pool table, or to watch the sun set over North Wales, dine alfresco in the enclosed garden with a glass of wine in hand. As the night grows darker, select from seven well-appointed bedrooms, including a super-king-size with a private balcony, offering views over to the enveloping sand dunes, a TV, and an en-suite, two further king-size rooms with TVs, one of which has an en-suite, and two twins, all serviced by a sleek bathroom. The quaint town of Prestatyn, one of the many well-known coastal destinations along the lovely North Wales coastline, provides four miles of golden sand spread between three fantastic beaches, all of which are perfect for family enjoyment. The town is the ideal starting point for bikers and walkers, and there are designated bike paths that follow the lovely coastline. In addition, there is a Roman bathhouse in the town, as well as the beginning of the 8th-century Offa's Dyke Pathway, and the Clwydian Hill Range is close by. Learn about the stunning Snowdonia National Park, Victorian Llandudno, the Welsh Mountain Zoo, the Conwy, Rhuddlan, and Denbigh Castles, or the magnificent shopping and architecture of old Chester. a wonderful setting for the whole family!

The Beach House suited us down to the ground. We were a mixed aged family with ages ranging from 70 to18 months. We had a disabled member and the downstairs suited him perfectly. The kitchen/diner and lounge are so big we did not feel on top of each other with plenty of seating options. The welcome hamper was very welcome. Everyone slept so well on very comfortable beds and fresh linen. The water pressure was great as in some places showering is an ordeal. The position of the house was perfect. We made good use of the beach and nearby playground. We have had many family holidays and can honestly say The Beach House has been the best. Many congratulations and thanks to the owners.

Lots of space in the socialising rooms to get together and also escape if needed. Only suggestion is to receive the size of the bed in the front downstairs bedroom- my parents were pencilled in for that one but were unable to use it.

The house was immaculate and the bedding was so fresh and the beds are comfy. Cant wait to return.
