Guests say

Fairways is a well-received holiday cottage praised for its cleanliness, comfort, and friendly owners. Guests appreciate the convenient location for exploring North Wales, the proximity to amenities, and the bonus of a golf club next door. While some guests mention minor issues with maintenance and noise, the overall sentiment is positive, with special mentions of a welcoming cake and secure garden for pets.

The majority of guests found the property to be clean and well-kept, with several positive comments on its tidiness. However, a few guests noted areas that could benefit from deeper cleaning or attention, slightly affecting the overall impression.

The property's location is generally praised for its proximity to local attractions, beaches, and walks, making it a good base for exploring. Some guests noted the convenience of nearby shops and supermarkets. However, noise from the adjacent golf club and car park was occasionally mentioned as a drawback.

Guests frequently compliment the comfort of the beds and furniture, describing the property as cosy and a 'home from home'. The presence of a secure patio area and the pet-friendly nature of the property added to the overall comfort for many visitors.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with mentions of a well-equipped kitchen and the bonus of a golf club restaurant. However, some guests reported missing amenities, such as a freezer or hairdryer, and minor maintenance issues, which suggests room for improvement.

While several guests were delighted by the thoughtful touch of a welcome cake, there is not enough information to determine if such gestures are consistent across all stays. Therefore, while appreciated, these gifts cannot be expected for every visit.
