Castle House is a well-received cottage in North Wales, praised for its cleanliness, stunning location with beautiful walks, and comfortable furnishings. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, and the outdoor space. While there are minor maintenance issues mentioned, the overall experience is positive, with many guests looking forward to returning.

The majority of guests have reported the cottage to be very clean, with only one mention of a smell issue related to the dishwasher and drainage system. This seems to be an isolated incident, as the cleanliness is otherwise consistently praised.

The location is highly praised for its beauty, with amazing walks and wildlife, and easy access to main roads for exploring the area. The proximity to beaches and mountains, as well as peaceful surroundings, contribute to the high score.

Guests find the property comfortable, noting the quality of the beds and furnishings. The spaciousness and warmth of the cottage add to the comfort. A few comments about a cold bathroom and drafty doors are noted but do not detract significantly from the overall comfort.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with mentions of a well-equipped kitchen and additional amenities like a coffee machine and wood burners. Some maintenance issues such as loose taps and WiFi coverage are noted, suggesting room for improvement.

While the reviews reflect a positive experience, there is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the host. Therefore, it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

It is very peaceful in a perfect location with walks from the doorstep, within easy reach of the coast and other attractions. The cottage is very comfortable especially the wonderful bed giving us the perfect night's sleep. It is beautifully appointed and very well equipped, having everything for the perfect stay. Thank you to the very welcoming and friendly owner for the gift of farm eggs.

The was only one tea towel would of liked at least another one and maybe 2 tablets for the dishwasher. Also I suffer with back problems so I would of liked a lounger or patio chair in the garden so I could of spent more time outside. Or maybe just list they are not provided so people can bring their own. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

The property is only a quick drive away from the main town for all your shopping needs and close to the main highways so you don’t have to travel that far to get going when you want venture out and about. There are also some lovely walks you can take straight from your doorstep which was very handy. We had a couple of minor gripes - the water pressure in the main bathroom was not the greatest and some work is required in regard to the wash basin taps as they were loose and moved when you turned them on and off. The other main issue was the WiFi, it was very good in the kitchen, and in the up stairs bedroom (directly above the kitchen) but awful on the other side of the house where the main front room and TV is located. I would recommend to the owner to install some WiFi boosters around the house as this would definitely help. Overall though our stay was great and we would definitely stay again in the future.
